Risc OS 3.19 is Risc OS 3.11 in german. No differences.

I had a similar issue. With a SN30. I had to switch off an android tv box. That blocked Mister from see the Controller. After Mister knows the Controller everthing is running fine. No longer switching of other devices needed.

So my idea is switch off everthing around that communicates via bluetooth. Phones, Tablets, TV Boxes, Smart TV etc.

Where did you a 9:10 aspect ratio for the Vectrex? I'm looking at my Vectrex right now and it has a standard 9" B&W CRT mounted vertically. Someone posted that in an issue. It seems better now. Loderunner IV on Mist

I am not sure why it is blue. Does anyone know if it works correctly on Mist? It's correct on Mist. There are more Video Issues that are correct on MIst. The Resolution in the "Hires" games. Also the sprites are in the correct position. Best seen in the Loderunner games or Kidmńiki they are hover over the ground and Loderunner IV is not ...
