Re: Change core clock from 59.18 hz to 60 hz

Thank you for this. This has fixed the issue of stuttering scrolling on my TCL 55R617. I'd like to try this with the double dragon core as well, as the 57hz refresh rate causes stuttery scrolling on my TV. However speeding that game up to 60hz would probably affect gameplay more noticeably than the neo's slight increase? I can have a look for you....

Re: Sony LMD-1420 Connections

Do you have the I/O board? if so you just need a vga to bnc cable. if it's a 5 BNC cable, use the horizontal sync cable and plug it into the "EXT SYNC" input on the monitor, and enable composite sync in the mister INI.

Re: About Correct VGA to BNC Cable

Extron cables are very good, you can't go wrong with them! For your PVM, you'll just need the horizontal sync wire plugged in. Make sure composite_sync=1 is set in mister.ini

That retro access cable is stupidly overpriced, imo.

Re: Extron Box for RGB

That particular extron has a 9 pin input, not 15 pin VGA style, so you'd need an adapter of some sort. I would recommend the RGB 109xi. it has an attached VGA cable that you can plug directly into the IO board, and it has horizontal centering controls. I use one with the MiSTer and it works great. There are several cheap ones on ebay right now. Ple...

Re: Add on board for Analog CRT centering and protection?

imo an extron RGB interface is worth it, because each core (on my CRT at least) requires different centering adjustments.
