Re: N64 Core
Yes, Ogre Battle 64 is likely too large for your setup. As it says on the Github page, 32Mbyte SDRAM can only be used for games up to 24Mbyte in size.
The need of more RAM for the new N64 and Saturn cores finally made me decide to upgrade.

Make sure that you use the latest unstable version of MiSTer Main (dated 20231011 or later) together with the unstable Saturn core.

I can confirm that 32MB SDRAM is sufficient for small and large CD games.

Re: White Screen?
The XML files and the rule that each game's ROM files must be in their own folder apply to ROMs in Darksoft format, not .neo format. Try removing the XML files (gog-broken-romsets.xml, gog-romsets.xml, romsets.xml) and moving the .neo files to the main NEOGEO folder.

What is the checksum of the rom file? Does it crash randomly in the middle of the first mission?

Is it an issue exclusively with arcade cores or with console cores as well? The example 1941 is a game for CPS1 which is one of Jotego's unofficial arcade cores. Have you tried arcade cores from other developers?

Re: SNES Cheats
If you want to debug, the first step is to narrow down the problem. Is it a general problem for all cores? ...or specific to SNES? ...or specific to Super Mario World?

Re: SNES Cheats
Check that the path (directory and file name) is correct, see https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Wiki_Mi ... gine#setup.
Do you use some special setup such as zipped rom files or external usb storage?
