I don't believe SNAC is supported in the Neo Geo or any of the arcade cores as far as I am aware, so an adapter would effectively be useless. There are plenty of extremely low-latency USB solutions out there though. I found one here but I have no idea if this even works, I have never seen this version before. https://www.ebay.com/itm/325977318311

I was wondering if a DB15 SNAC adapter would work on a regular MiSTer setup (to play NeoGeo/Arcade cores)? All I see is DB9. If it does not work is there some kind of mod that can be done?
