Re: Amstrad Core
Only CRTC 0 !!! Where do I put it or set it? I'm not a real welder and Amstrad enthusiast, I'm more specialised in Spectrum ) Alas, I failed to start again even with your file and your firmware. I attach an archive with the files I have. Only revolog0-sin_proteccion works on RVM upd: CRTC 0 - I found where to toggle it, but I still can't get anythi...

Re: Amstrad Core
Judging by the fact that it doesn't work in RVM either, that's it. But I can post the 3 variants I have somewhere.

Re: Amstrad Core
What about the REVOLUTION demo ? This demo exists in three variants, just one, rumoured PC emulator can run all three variants. But I only checked on RVM - one variant, the simplest one, runs. On MiSTer core - none of the variants works. About Z80 from NukeMD - it may be a good core, but it will definitely not fit all cores without exception. But i...

A little off topic, but still I’ll ask, but have you tried to run such a BIOS?))

Fix Snow Effect
If it doesn't make it difficult - is it possible to include the "snow effect" on the ZX128 model as well?
It turns out he is there too. Thank you.

Already checked everything myself.

F11 - enter +D snapshot menu (or ROM0 menu if IMG/MGT not mounted) or DivMMC file browser.

MiSTer is 6 Years Old!! Happy Birthday !!!
Although the first official mention of our beloved MiSTer happened on the www.atari-forum.com forum on June 21, 2017, https://www.atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=31825 but the birth of the project can be considered the end of May - the beginning of June :) Sorgelig in private conversations at the end of May told about his new development, that the ...

, yes, I wouldn’t refuse the compiled file either, obviously at least somehow working For I compiled it, it’s not difficult, it’s only long (1 hour 13 minutes , but it either compiled incorrectly, or I can’t find the right BIOS . And so I can share the file.

Re: DVK MC1201 (PDP-11 compatible Soviet computer)
I'm able to get the computer to boot from the secondary SD card and I'm able to issue the commands B RK0 or DX0 or MY0 and list the directories. At this point, I'm not sure what else to do. The computer is certainly not for games, but there are also more than a dozen games on it. In addition to Tetris, the MY disk should contain DIGGER - a game no...

Re: SAM Coupé
Here you go. No, the first attempt is unsuccessful. I tried it in two emulators and on my devboard. On the devboard, it seems like the code block is loaded, the stripes go along the border, but when the download is complete, nothing happens. Waiting for loading further. Maybe you need a simple one-line BASIC bootloader for the code block? randomiz...

The original Sam Coupe project was written by mcleod_ideafix, but no disk drives.
Sorgelig has already added disk devices to the project.
I think if you provide disks for testing - he will take time to deal with the wrong work

Okay, this is my first time modifying a Verilog file, so I may have done something wrong, but here we go. Whaaaah !! Woooooow !!! I am impressed!! Re: SAM Coupé
Here's a TAP that I think will work. Excellent!! This version is downloaded from SimCoupe. But it doesn't load on my board yet, while I'm dealing with the line-in. And a passing question - is the tap version not too difficult to do ?? otherwise I wrote one utility a long time ago, in the .dsk version it works fine, but I would like to try the tap ...

Re: SAM Coupé
Not. It does not work in SimCoupe. I am attaching several files. I have not tested all of them, but they should work under SamKoupe. Inside any tap, only data files https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UFYUHVluhtfEJQIAkPRPfw5-Bgy3u5WB/view?usp=sharing rbf file will not make it difficult for me to compile, only I need to accurately and clearly understan...

Re: SAM Coupé
In fact, the keyboard mapper is very simple, you can figure it out and arrange the necessary keys as you like :) https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/SAM-Coupe_MiSTer/blob/master/rtl/keyboard.sv You need desire and a clear understanding of the goal. Everything. I have a dozen tap files. I do not know in what program they were made, but in SimCoupe they ...

Re: SAM Coupé
I would much prefer a direct positional key mapping: using this image as a reference, map the keys to the actual keyboard depending on the positions of the keys. Two questions: 1. Can you make a program "kmatrix" in the form of a tap-file for loading from a tape recorder? 2. The layout of the keyboard in SimCoupe is quite satisfactory, c...

This is a core for perfectionists, it has very accurate timings for contended memory, unattainable in a regular core, it can be seen only in special tests. The same kernel exists for zx128 as well

I checked the old versions from the last year - there the period and comma are normal.
Checked the latest version - yes, messed up.
Well, wait until they officially fix it.
I can compile, of course, if necessary.
