I switched the channel from automatic to manual, and that seemed to do the trick, I haven't had any disconnection after that.

WiFi works very well for my MiSTer. Though sometimes something weird happens: when my MiSTer is using the WiFi network, like updating cores or transferring files through FTP, my WiFi network dies. The MiSTer stops loading, and my PCs on the same network lose connectivity. Connections are still active, but transfer speeds plummets for all my devices...
