Re: Possible to Use Two Controller for P1 in Parallel

You could try to use the Super Joy Box 5 pro. super-joybox-5-pro-4-polster-psx-ps2-pc-pc-computer-and-sat-tv-mayflash-1366-700x700.jpg I was hoping to use it as a multi tap but every controller that was connected was registered to player 1. I tested this last weekend. Edit- I defined the buttons for each connected controller separately. Still it al...

Re: Original PS1 Controllers No Rumble

Same for me with dualshock 2 controllers over 2 different usb adapters.

Latest update disables video on the snes core when shadow mask is activated [Solved]

Hi, I Just updated one MiSTer, only to discover that the snes core gave a black screen but with the expected sounds and music on multiple roms from different regions. Disabling the shadow mask options restored the video. Checked the second MiSTer before updating: Shadow mask enabled, video is fine. After updating: no video but with proper sound and...

Hi, unless I’m remembering this incorrectly both Super Mario World and the first Donkey Kong Country do not save your lives and/or items.

Re: Multiplayer Family Games

Well the first title that came to mind when reading the topic title was Super Bomberman (4, but they’re all good in my book), but you’ve got that covered already. Depending on age and taste you could look into sports and puzzle games if it has to be 4 players or more. On the puzzle side you’ve got Super Tetris 3 and Puyo Puyo 2 Remix for the Super ...

Re: Joystick utilities

Puyo Puyo 2 (remix) has been my go to program for this, at least for fixing and testing old school/digital pads and fight sticks. In the options menu you can see inputs for every connected controller. It was also released on just about every single system imaginable at the time.

Re: Neo Geo CD pad to USB - how to connect?

Last week I bought a Raphnet adapter. It arrived today. It is rather pricey being just shy of €22,- (which is the amount at which VAT gets added when importing from outside of the EU) but it seems to work great on the MISTer. I had no trouble in getting the Neo Geo pads recognised. I had no prior hands on history with the Neo Geo system or the cont...
