This is actually my second VGA converter. My first one (exact same model) wasn't working at all (which as been source of quite a headeache already...).
Before purchasing a third one, if anyone could recommend me another model known to work well, I would really appreciate it.

Getting sound from only one speaker
Hey everyone, So I have this problem while using MiSTer on my CRT TV: I only get the sound from one side. The best exemple I can give is, while playing Sonic, when I'm collecting 3 rings in a row, I only get either one ring sound from the middle ring, or two ring sounds from the left and right rings, but no sound from the middle one (the sound is s...

INI setting for a HDMI>Composite cable
Hey everyone
What would be the correct INI setting for using a cheap HDMI > Composite cable for a PAL crt tv?
I've been trying to use one with no luck and I'm not too sure what to do with the setting.

Earthbound and copy protection
Hey everyone,
So, i've been wanting to play Earthbound recently, but I'm worried about trigering the copy protection that happens later in game, like some versions of Megaman X does with Mister.
Anyone knows if it is safe to play?

Re: HDMI to Scart adapter
Would a HDMI > s-video converter like this one work?
Basically, I'm looking for a plug and play solution like this one with composite, but with a better image quality:

Re: HDMI to Scart adapter
Thanks for the answers! Well, I do have a HDMI to VGA converter like this one: 51LTscbsePL._AC_SX679_.jpg Which is working good with my mister, however I'd like the sound to come out of the scart (and tv), instead of plugging that jack cable to a HI-FI equipment or somewhere else. Unfortunatly I don't see any vga>scart with a audio input: 61n53z0oQ...

Hey everyone So, i've been trying to plug my mister to my pal crt tv with this hdmi>scart adapter with no luck (no signal found, not even in the Mister menu): https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/-mgAAOSwe7peqE9A/s-l500.jpg Is there anything I should try do to make it work? And if not, can anyone can redirect me to a simple plug and play cable proved to ...
