I've read this post, really nice info, thanks.
I'm not sure about the "4 chip SDRAM" ??? It will never run good with the Saturn core? Should I update it right now?
Or there is a chance, with the core development, the "4 chip SDRAM" will have equal performance as the 2 chip SDRAM?
Thanks.

Re: Sony Trinitron KV-FX29TD
Hum, 8ms, not bad.
But with proper scanlines? No shimmering? 480i content should be great for sure.
I'm hesitant in to acquiring this TV set...If I acquire it I will post my opinion on the set.
Cheers.

Can someone help me to understand if the magnificent Sony Trinitron KV-FX29TD from 1988 (first 100Hz Sony CRT that I'm aware) is ok to play 240p content? I'm thinking to get one for sale, but the 100Hz is scary...does anyone own one and can confirm its ok for 8bit and 16bit retro consoles?? Any information about this Sony TV model is highly appreci...

Re: Modeline creation for NeoGeo on a trinitron-style CRT screen
Hi, attached the my .ini files (https://we.tl/t-7YkYU3RE6X). Main is 6x integer scale, alt_1 is 5x integer scale (https://github.com/atrac17/MiSTer_Integer_Modelines). It's simply amazing. I use it with dual output (Sony Trinitron CRT through the VGA output with an RGB/Scart cable) and a standard HDMI monitor output. My preferred way to play is the...

Re: Savegame Issues
Everything is ok, in SMW you always save the progress never the amount of lives and items you have.
That is not a save state, your are saving the game as in the original hardware (SNES SaveRAMs).
