Private messages sitting in the outbox forever......without being dispatched. This is totally normal. The private message stays there until it has been read by the recipient, this allows you time to edit or delete it beforehand. Once it has been read by the recipient it moves into your sent message...

Yes it was changed, I have reverted the change and registered users have the ability again to edit posts with no time limit upon editing posts.

phpBB does not have this feature as standard. However I am sure an extension exists to fulfil this requirement. Personally I don't see much benefit, but it's open for discussion on implementation.

This feature for registered forum users can be enabled or disabled in your 'User Control Panel' see the below image for where this setting can be changed.

The default behaviour for external links on the forum has been changed, as such external links will now open in a new tab / window.
