there were some AES units that were clocked in 50hz but the arcade hardware still used the 59,18hz clock the 50hz standard for crt tvs was a downfall from the 70s, starting from the 80s and 90s most every crt tv was capable of 60hz NTSC on PAL TVs, but for standardization they chose to make it "most compatible" in Europe by choosing 50hz ...

I haven't had any issue on PVM and BVM but I know some CRT such as Barco CRTs have synch issues with Neogeo MiSTer or legit Neogeo hardware

Try setting your core bios on arcade rather than unibios this seems to be a unibios related issue first, most of the times it has been solved either by an update (mister, linux, menu, core) or a psu related issue, some people reported using a on-off switch caused power related issues due to the fact the switch did not get enough amperage to the de1...

you have the AES and MVS bios and even renamed the unibios, there shouldn't be any issues at al

it took me a few moments to get the right 000-lo.lo and sfix.sfix files although I don't know their MD5 value, try again and it should work flawlessly
