Be aware that RAM v2.5 is still very glitchy at the moment.

Was this confirmed? I'm not certain that's true.

In my case it was certainly, but this was a few weeks ago.

Re: Sega Saturn Core in Development

This core deserves its own forum group, it’s close to a playable beta. I’m using the (old) 2.5 128 ram module and compared to the 2.9 ram it freezes on more games (like cotton and radiant silvergun), but many other games are playable now. Let’s hope that this core will support both ram modules. It’s also great that I can use a ps3 usb wired arcade ...

Re: Unable to get VGA monitor working through HDMI

The reason could also be your HDMI to VGA convertor. I have 4 of these and only one works. What is your exact setup? This is my setup: HDMI to VGA converter > VGA to Scart cable > Scart Adapter Breakout cable to BNC > Sony BVM Could you please share some details of the stuff? And your init file? I've searched for hours this solution!!! Front-page ...

Re: X68000 Beta - Updates and Releases

For some reason I need to set the "VGA to scaler" output to 1 on this core (vga_scaler=1). The games run, but the view area is very small. On other cores this setting is 0 on my Sony BVM MiSTer IO setup (VGA to Scart > SCART breakout to BNC). I thought that the X68000 core could also display in 15khz (at least for some games that support...

Re: X68000 beta - stopped working all of a sudden

Well I took the version of JT51 that Kunihiko made for his version of Mr Puu's x68k code to use on the DE0-CV and i was able to successfully make it work by changing the lines that Kunihiko says to change, in addition to adding the OPM_JT51 path on the VHD that he modified in his git. If someone wants to test to see the difference, sound is as it ...

Re: Your favorite NES palette?

I'm using the Unsatured or the pvm palette at the moment. The Sony CXA is very colorfull, maybe I need to get used to it.
Looking at Super Mario, I played this on the NES, but also in de arcades when I was a kid. I don't remember exactly how the colors where for the arcade version.
