Might not be the most discret solution but it solved my problem.

Are you using an 8bitdo PCE 2.4g wireless gamepad ?
The menu button is mapped just like Select + Run ones with this controller.
I had to map Mister's menu to something else like Select + II combo instead and leave the menu button unmapped else i couldn't get the soft reset to work.
It would open Mister's menu instead.

I checked PC Genjin again using my SGX, Duo R and MiSTer but this time with my Sony CRT TV. MiSTer being connected via Antonio's VGA->Scart cable here. I didn't get those random distortion anymore with this setup. I guess it was down to my other modern TV also applying some weird audio filtering when the game mode is enabled. :oops: As for the glob...

I recently bought a complete MiSTer DRIVE 128MB, 8GB uSD from Antonio. It took only 7 days to get delivered perfectly packed. i had a minor issue with the potentiometer controlling the fan not working but he sent me a complete IOUSB replacement board in about 4 days.
