Re: Xbox Series X/S Controller Not Recognized

I have similar issue with the series controller. It intermittently works and I think it's just draws more power than the One controller. My controller works fine on a pc, but goes in and out on mister. Will work, then stops, then comes back again. The other controllers I have don't do that. Tried three different series controllers. Would really lik...

Direct video with hdmi to vga adapter looks significantly better than using i/o board.

Re: VGA Output VS Direct Video for Analog Video

The Analog output on the IO board has some hardware issue which causes lower gain (and thus a dimmer picture), it is not that noticeable (other than on a direct compare) on a SD CRT, but it is very noticeable on a PC CRT or HD CRT. I opened an issue about this here: https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Hardware_MiSTer/issues/11 Because of it I would ra...

Re: 100% scanlines?

https://youtu.be/HjTNmwl3jWM I got it working. I'll look into the vsync adjust changes you have. What is your vscale set to? Also you're using 224 height? My vscale is set to 1 But it is pretty much it. The only issue is it will display some minor strobing (scroll ghosting). Vga scale off + Scandouble fx 75% delivers pretty much the visual quality...

Re: 100% scanlines?

That would be great since I can't make the Filters look good I prefer using the doublescan FX feature... It gives exactly the same look as using native 224/240p resolution on 120hz in a PC/VGA Crt But at 75% you can still see through the lines Top is 640x480 + Crt Doublescan FX Bottom is native 224p resolution under a 120hz frequency (in order to ...

Re: Custom Video Modes Test Thread

Can you apply these custom aspect ratios with a super resolution 3840x240p@120hz? If so how would it look in the ini?
