Re: Coco 2 + Mantra Alice + Dragon 32/64

Hi @Kathleen
I have tried a few .C10s and they load okay. Do you need 16K ram expansion set for the programs you are trying?

Re: Oric-1 / Atmos Core

I have been trying this Core out again, lovely thing, but have noticed that the OSD "Reset & Apply" seems to have no effect on anything. Is that intentional?

Re: Coco 2 + Mantra Alice + Dragon 32/64

Thank you @EeDee for having tested it and confirmed the issue. I've reported the issue on the CoCo3 github, also at the RealCoCo dev, still need to do @Alanswx :-). On the CoCo3 core there is even another issue with color swaping . EDIT : Issue solved by entering RGB before starting the game; now the colors are OK also with the CoCo3 core. Will tr...

Re: Coco 2 + Mantra Alice + Dragon 32/64

Hello, I wanted to play the CoCo2 game DanPan, but neither with the RealCOCO core nor with the COCO2, this game works as it should. Actually, the game starts but it is impossible to control the player, only the fire button works. Left, right, up and down are not responding. Can someone try it and let me know if the same issue is seen ? I'd like to...

Re: Oric-1 / Atmos Core

The Oric didn't have a joystick connector, it needed Tangerine Computer Systems to develop their own, and it was fairly late in the Oric's life. I believe only a handful of games supported joystick control, and Mr Wimpy was keys only. You might be able to map the stock Mr Wimpy keys to your joystick using Mister's joystick map function. True. Take...

Try the attached test build. It should fix AD+D and Night Stalker. It should also fix the keyboard input as controller (Arrow Keys, F1-F6...).
If all looks good, I'll submit a pull request.

Thanks @Flandango and so quick!
Seems to be working fine after a preliminary try :)

Re: "Stuck Key" with ROM on Aquarius Core?

I can't say whether it affects everyone but I can say that it affects me also. Strangely enough I tried it on seeing your posts and remember coming across this a little while ago but it didn't register as a problem, the software wasn't what I was looking for. To make sure it was not the bin file I tried it in an emulator (Virtual Aquarius) and it w...

Re: Oric-1 / Atmos Core

Every disk I load - (I mount the disk, then hit F10, then F11) gives me the message 'Insert System disk' and I can't run any disk Can anyone advise please? You need a version of Sedoric (disc OS) of which you'll find Ver. 4 in the dsk folder of the Oric Repository. Mount Sedoric in Drive A: and your disc of choice in Drive B: then hit F11 The comm...

This version fixes the reset button (F2) and allows reboot and self-test. This also adds the option to load 8k video roms from here: https://downloads.reactivemicro.com/Apple%20II%20Items/ROM_and_JEDEC/IIe/Video%20ROM/Dual-Euro/ There is also a video rom option like the switch that was on non-US Apple IIe's so you can switch between US and UK mode...

ZX81 Aszmic ROM Display Problem

Hi All
I've been trying alternate ROMs on the ZX81 Core with varying success. The ROM I would like to use most of all, though, is Aszmic (Assembler ROM I suppose). It loads and it does work but the screen image is skewed quite badly thus making it unusable.
Has anyone tried the ROM and found a solution to the problem?

TRS-80 Core problem

A small nudge in the right direction needed maybe. I'm having trouble getting the core to load tape, disk or CMD files, nothing works. It's making me doubt that I've seen it working before but I'm sure it did the last time I loaded it. Tried older .rbf files but they all behave in the same manner.
Is there something I've forgotten to do perhaps?
