It's 60s plus whatever time it takes for your MiSTer to update the Real Time Clock (RTC). It times out after 60s so you wait a maximum of 2 mins if your MiSTer does not update RTC

Easiest is to rename unstable core. If you want both, you have to change the rbf line in each mgl

Re: 0MHz DOS Collection 2024.03.20 Released
My motivation is mostly to have DOS games play as pixel art on Super Attract Mode since I don't have much time to play these days, so having no manuals etc is no problem for me.
If it's important for you to offer people an option to download games individually I will not look into other ways to support your archive list specifically.

Re: 0MHz DOS Collection 2024.03.20 Released
I tried to only include mister teas collection, but didn't find a good way to parse lists on archive. If someone has an idea how to access lists with shell tools I'd like to know. I limited the selection to only include "-0mhz" files which is the naming convention Mister Tea seems to use...

Code: Select all
base_dir="/media/fat/games/AO486"
to your path...
You were right, that did the trick. Thank you!
Thanks for pointing this out, I'll fix this now

Re: 0MHz DOS Collection 2024.03.20 Released
I'm contemplating adding a setname same dir option to 0mhz downloader, where every game gets it's own config file named after the mgl. Is this feature already in main and is it even a good idea to add this option to all mgls?

What are you using on your PC to achieve those speeds?
I'll implement aria into the script, it'll take me a few days though..

I don't think that's a problem with the downloader...Black screen indicates you're missing the ao486 files in the drv folder (that update_all should have installed). Do you have those on your external drive?

It will only delete mgls that are not associated with any files. You can set the option here:
Code: Select all
# Deletes mgls that are not associated with files on archive. Set to false to disable automatic deletion
unresolved_mgls=true

It can download both. Just run the script twice (with and without prefer_mt32 set)
