Thank you. I have a stable picture now, but it is hard to read. On some games content is missing. There are not enough lines. How do i calculate a video_mode with more lines? I also don't understand why mode 3 (720x576@50) won't work on this pal tv? Is this not the native resolution? CRT TV AO486 core_240_t.jpg There is also no picture on a monitor...

Hello, i have my IO Board XL v6.1 connected to a simple crt tv with a 'VGA to RGB Scart Cable' cable from ultimatemister.com and mister, the consoles and arcade cores run fine on it out of the box. I assume the 'ao486 top 300 pack' from archive.org is the same as the 'eXoFlynn Top 300 DOS Pack'. I have installed the former but can not get the update script to work. The vhds ('IDE 0-0 BOOT-DOS98.vhd' 'IDE 0-1 Top 300 DOS Games.vhd') are in /media/fat/games/AO486/vhd and this is the path i have set in the "AO486_Update_Top300_Pack.ini&quo...

I thought the audio cable was for an external amplifier.
After connecting the audio cable comming from the vga connector to the audio output on the io board i have video and audio on the tv.

Hi,
i use the oficial VGA(with audio out cable) to SCART cable to connect the mister to a crt tv. Video works great but
unfortunately there is no sound comming out from the TV. Do i have to edit some .ini files to make it work or do i have to connect the audio out cable to the pins 2,6 and 4 from the SCART connector some how?
