That's a great idea. I am a programmer so if I ever get the chance I might look into that. Does sound like a lot of work though.

Yes, as mentioned I have looked for those issues. I used a powerful magnifying glass but couldn't see anything obvious. I'm not sure where those pins go to though. Couldn't find a schematic showing where the traces go to check for continuity. Maybe I should just heat each joint anyway!

As mentioned I've tried a few SDRAM modules. All three modules that I have work just fine with my other de-10 nano, and have great results on the SDRAM test. The de-10 nano is definitely the problem.

Fixing a DE-10 nano with SDRAM issues?

Hi all. I have a DE-10 nano that "partly" works with MiSTer. I was wondering if anyone might have any thoughts/advice on how I might possibly troubleshoot/fix it. It may just be a lost cause though... The issue is that when I plug in an SDRAM module (I've tried a few) some of the cores that should work, don't. It's as if only some of the ...

Thanks for this tweak. Did you ever sort out those shift 8/9 issues? I also noticed that in the core OSD I can't go UP which is important in navigating my LONG lists of C64 games :(
