What is 'Black Transitions'?
Been digging through the PSX core options lately and found an option called 'Black Transitions'.
What is this option for? What does it do? Searching online doesn't seem to turn up any info.

Not the first Super Famicom build, but maybe one of the cleanest. Had to make lots of custom 3D printed parts for this one. Case was dremeled out years ago for use as an ITX PC case, so I actually had to recreate the power and reset switches for use with the MiSTer. Power and reset buttons work.
