hmmm, with a latest version of the core (N64_20231025.rbf) and the latest mister main nigthly i cant play any games. core does not see any files in my zip's. someone have the same problem ?

i did not see anyone was mentioning that. there is a nice trick to make nes sounds better.
found it while exploring YT ;)

do you think its possible to implement such a feature into nes core ? of course as optional ;)

damn, i've made mistake ;) i was ment to write downloader instead of update all.
so where can i find latest downloader than ? update all showing version v1.4 amd github site seems to have old version also (https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Downloader_MiSTer).

so the new version v1.5 came out some time ago (viewtopic.php?t=147&start=450#p50709) and i have no idea how to put my hands on it ;)

any help ? github page offers only v1.4

you should really switch your psx games collection to *.chd files ;) you gonna save avarage 50% disk space, and every cd file is a single chd file. no more mess with multiple bin files

im so happy to see wipeout music skip problem is fixed ;) great job i was listening to the great soundtrack of wipeout xl (redump, usa region) and noticed that track 9 (the prodigy - firestarter instrumental) does not play at all. the rest of the tracks work just fine, only track 9 have a problem. does it mean my cd is scratched ? :D (kidding) anyo...

very nice ;)
but im having an issue now with "fast boot" option. when i start the core (fresh start) and select a chd file it wont boot direct. i have to reset console. after that every game boots normal. there was no problems with that before the update ;)

as we all know, orginal psx missing Z-Buffer feature, which causing 3d graphics to be wobly.

i was wandering if its technicaly possible to add Z-Buffer to psx core ? it would make the core supperior to original hardware ;)

good news ;) i formated my sd card and did fresh install and psx core works just fine ;) booting both bin/cue and chd files ;)
have no idea what was a problem but it is solved now ;)

*.chd is indeed the best format ;) period. looseless compression. my collection takes way less disk space. highly recommended ;)
