The iCode duo plus adapter does work with 2 paddles and it also works with the Atari trackball with the Mister. See their video here https://youtu.be/WBbNq-gR7ao
The adapter also supports many other controllers on the Mister with ultra low latency.

Hello all. Yes, the iCode Duo Plus and Plus Pro USB adapters do support ColecoVision Controllers including both buttons and keypad. iCode has an adapter called the Duo Plus that has two ports for joysticks and 4 paddles. It also supports 7800 dual button sticks, Driving controllers, atari trackball, and even the ColecoVision joystick including the gamepad. 2 paddles connected to port 1 works great with MiSTer. I don't have a windows PC to test on, but for each of the adaptors I've tried, from their marketing info: The icode one says: "Supports single button and dual button Atari joysticks" (No mention of colecovision joysticks, but...) The 2600-daptor says: "Colecovision" support. To me, that implies at least ...
