Re: Horizontal and Vertical Shift Options for Analog Output

I would need to see some lag test results before buying a device like that. Even the expensive Extron units introduce lag. i have read this before buying that, it is a review of basically the same device. overall, i can say it works flawlessy: i'm using an old Mivar TV. i haven't done any lag test though, just played a bit with c64 and snes cores.

Re: Help Test the Newly Added CD Audio Support and CD32 Games

are chd games supported ? i just converted my whole collection of bin/cue to chd and nuked the source files :) ... just to find out chd aren't booted: idefix boot disk says "cd0 not found". i tested a normal .bin/.cue and indeed they work. that's weird anyway, since core menu allows to mount a chd as cd. hopefully sorgelig will implement...

Re: Cheats May Not Work in Multi-Disk Games?

ok, i managed to get it working by copying the cheats zip from disc 1 to Parasite Eve (USA) Disc 2.zip (same name as chd, but with zip extension) in the cheats directory. beware, according to [url=https://mister-devel.github.io/MkDocs_MiSTer/cores/features/cheats/#how-to-use-cheats-with-cd-rom-images] the cheats file should be copied in the same di...

Re: Cheats May Not Work in Multi-Disk Games?

uhm ..... i wonder if it works with all titles... i'm trying to finish Parasite Eve US (SLUS-00662 for disc1 and SLUS-00668 for disc2, according to https://psxdatacenter.com/games/U/P/SLUS-00662.html). i verified the disc2 CHD and indeed its SLUS-00668, so i manually copied SLUS-00662.zip to SLUS-00668.zip in the cheats directory. still, for disc2 ...

Re: Can’t Sync at All on Analog Out

you're right .... i got the 29 and 30 from the 'coinop' script, and they're indeed the dual sdram versions.

so, my fault!

Re: Can’t Sync at All on Analog Out

wait ..... seems the issue is with 20220729. i've tried 20220702 and 20220727 and they work. i will try if there's a new daily build if it may fix the problem ....

EDIT:
same issue with 20220730. so, seems the issue started with 20220729. before it worked flawlessy. i'll stick with 20220727 for now .... hopefully FPGAzumspass will fix it :)

Can’t Sync at All on Analog Out

hi, i have an old DELL 4:3 monitor with VGA out which previously (~1,5 months ago) worked flawlessy with the PSX core. yesterday i updated to the latest version, and i can't sync at all even without loading games (black screen right after loading the core, the monitor says it's going in 'sleep mode', as if it can't find the signal). other cores of ...

Re: A New Apple II Game Collection

I guess I could put them in separate directories unzipped but then it'd be a much, much bigger file, also it would be messier on archive.org's "inside look" itself.

Exactly what I meant. anyway, np. thanks for the reply!

Re: A New Apple II Game Collection

may i suggest to not zip games individually ? that way you can use the big 4gb zip on the mister untouched.
either, you are forced to extract it (and btw, linux ext4 chokes on some filenames, says they're too long).
anyway, good work !!!!
