Try changing this in MiSTer_Sam.ini https://github.com/mrchrisster/MiSTer_S ... M.ini#L113

Doesnt seem to help. I tried 25 for displaywait and I still only get a shaky wallpaper (tried to change to default moving ants thingy too) I only get the sound.

Re: Accuracy of the C64 Core

Ive done just this and used the mister core for bugtesting. (Fast loading is a bless) The mister is, if not perfect. As close as it gets to the real deal. Your program/game should work more or less indistinguishable to each other in both setups.

Re: LG OLED C9 MiSTer FPGA 1440p (6x) Help

1920x1440p is actually a higher clock than the de 10 nano can handle (on paper). Set dvi_mode=1 gives you some extra bandwidth that might give the extra omph needed

2560x1440 (mode14) use less bandwidth die to horizontal pixel doubling. 2560x1440 is impossible as far as I can see on a de 10

Re: Best Amp and DAC for my Setup

If you like the Eclipse you should keep them. Sound taste is super subjective. You need to go out and listen for what kind of sound you like ( warm, punchy, lean back, forward. Et.c. buy speakers and amplifiers according to what you want and your budget. This has more or less nothing to do with your game systems or mister fpga. They can all be conne...

Re: Jammix power supply

4.8 is common for a 5 volt supply and is well within range of the (poor) tolerance spec for most supplys. Different components in power supplys and all other electronic stuff differ a bit due to normal variations. Under load the voltage drops more the closer you are to the power supply limits. The mister should work just fine with 4.8 as would most...

Most common issue is cable not good enough. Second problem seems to be wrong kind of led on i/o board.

Re: Best Wired USB Sega Saturn Controller Clone and Other Controller Options

I'm planning to make DaemonBite adapters for most of the controllers I own (SNES/NG/PCE etc) but I don't have a spare Sega Saturn controller and wondered if anyone could recommend a decent USB WIRED clone to save making another adapter? Maybe the licensed one by SEGA as an original controller? Hard to get any closer than that :D https://retro-bit....

Re: multiple 8bitdo 2.4GHz controllers with daemonbite - issues

What you are describing is wireless interference. A lot of stuff uses the 2.4 GHz band and the weakest of the bunch gets interruptions or disconnects. For example: my microwave Owen kills my 2.4 GHz wifi in the kitchen.

Look for Attract_Mode.ini in your scripts folder. Delete it.

Re: Noctua Fan Model Recommended for MiSTer?

There are connectors that you can use to connect the fan to a 2 pin contact included with retail version. If you have fan installed now you just cut off the wires and use that one. There's a instruction manual how to do it in the box with the fan. If you want it to look pretty you should use a solder pen and shrink tube.

Re: Best Controllers to Use?

I have all controllers you can imagine. 8bitdo, original, wired wireless. I do prefer xbox one/s/x controllers. I do experience the lowest lag with these when used in 2.4 ghz. Love the d-pad and buttons. The 8bitdo is just a tad slower for me. I don't really fancy the flat top on sn30 Pro and pro2. The old 8vitdo snes pads are OK. But these are not...
