Ok, got it to work:

I checked the rbfs and only had the single jtcps1, so I then deleted the Mega Man: The Power Battle mra and ran update all. The option to map "Weapon Change" in the define input menu showed up this time.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when I tried playing Mega Man: The Power Battle, I could not map the weapon select button. The input was also not available leaving the controls at the default mapping. I loaded the Japanese Rockman version of the game and it had the same issue. Hate to dredge up this old topic, but I finally got my hands on a Mean Well power supply. The model number is GST25A05-P1J.

I'm kinda dumb about these things, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the recommended power supplies. I just wanted to make sure before I use it and, like, blow up my MiSTer or something. Thanks!
