I just received my USB Type C version. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001689746001.html It looks amazing, But the Display lag is not sub 1ms as on RetroRGB. Thread starter here, I ordered another one a few weeks ago, it’s still great. The most commonly reported issue is that some of them have the screen detach from the frame, which is easily fixed with some double sided tape. Just a guess here, but have you tried the LLAPI versions of the cores? You'll find a setting for SNAC in there you'll want to turn on. Also, what version is your IO board? I believe that anything older than v6.1 can't do genesis stuff without a modification.

emmadness and Zorlac, I was able to get this to work on my MiSTer itself. I don't believe it can work at all on a Windows machine as the .py file has to be configured with a Linux directory structure (could be wrong).
