I don't think the boot.rom is part of update_all yet; the core was asking for a bios when I tried the official launch version just now.

Also, a lot of games weren't booting for me. Only game that launched was Salamander Deluxe Pack, but on a CRT it was skewed over to the left side of the screen.

Fantastic work! Not sure if it's a standard issue with CHDs (first time I've attempted to use them), but they seemingly take a very long time to load for each Neo Geo CD game.
