It's been a while, but I finally resolved the issue. I don't know why the issue was resolved, but I figured I'd post again here in case another Internet stranger has the same issue. Thanks for your replies. No, I'm not using wifi on either setup. My connection always drops during update_all, so I'm using a wired connection in both places now. Unless the MiSTer Multisystem board has an integrated wifi module (quick Googling seems to suggest not), then there shouldn't be a conflict. That's interesting about the MAC addresses, th...
