Re: Some Games Not Working [Solved]

I don't seem to have the option for TOS 1.06. Where would I find that to add it, if that's what I need to do? Just google for the TOS version, they are easy to find. The games you listed should work fine in all versions. With disc versions don't go over 1MB as some games were not comfortable with to much RAM. Which versions of the game do you try....

Re: Some Games Not Working [Solved]

Most games don't work on the Atari ST core for me. I have it set at 512 or 1mb Tos: tos102us Chipset, ST or STE But games rarely load. Sometimes a game will load, but the overwhelming majority don't. I wish I could get it to work better than it does. Most games for the ST came from Europe so from my experience it is better to use a PAL TOS Rom. 1....

Most games either bomb out or won't get past the loading / cracked screen.

Re: Logitech MX Mechanical Wireless Keyboard Question?

Once a Bolt dongle is paired it just appears as a regular USB keyboard regardless of OS. I read that to pair, you need the Logi Bolt App to pair Logi Bolt compatible devices with the Logi Bolt receiver. That's what's thrown me. Yeah but you only need it for pairing. I think any Bolt device also supports Bluetooth (since Bolt is really just Bluetoo...

No reason to believe it wouldn't. A keyboard is a keyboard. It has to be connected by a Logitech Bolt USB receiver, apparently. I ordered assuming it'd work. Alkadian, you need to patch the Super Mario 64 rom. Go to Vampier's website and there are the files and instruction on how to do it

I searched what you wrote, Vampier's website, but I couldn't' find it. Would you be able to give me a stronger pointer in that direction, please?

Click [11], search for "vampier"

Thank you.

Re: Intellivision Core (INTV)

I have the Ultimate PC interface and a Flashback controller.

While playing Deadly Discs I realised that I can't run northwest, northeast, southwest, and southeast.

How do I fix this? Or do controllers on the Intellivision core not work in those directions?

No, it doesn't. The BladeGC and the Battler GC does, but not the Brawler64.

Sounds like you may want to enlist a local techie to get you through things - all you need to Google for is the 324...dbe part (no quotes or anything), but there's a number of things you're likely going to need to tweak and adjust that you may not be comfortable with. MiSTer is many things, plug-and-play isn't one. =) Fortunately, my best mate fal...

What's the extension of the file? I can't point you specifically at a BIOS, but downloading a file with a md5sum of 3240872c70984b6cbfda1586cab68dbe (Google is your friend) and putting it in games\Saturn named boot.rom will likely get you further. I googled "md5sum of 3240872c70984b6cbfda1586cab68dbe", but I don't know what I'm looking f...

What does "it doesn't work" mean? What format are the games in? Do you have a proper BIOS listed as boot.rom? I'm fairly clueless at this stuff. It's like Chinese to me trying to understand it, hence I waited for the update all rather than try to do anything before. It's a CD-Rom file. I'm sure I got those types of file to work with the ...

MiSTer to early 1980s RF only Pal CRT

I usually have my MiSTer going to a 90s CRT directly via VGA to Scart. But today, I wanted to try an older set (from the UK), and plugged the Scart into the back of the VHS player, with RF out to the TV, but the display is almost black, only very faintly showing signs of anything coming through (my Nintento Wii works fine doing it this way). But wh...

F12 specifically? Or just “Menu”? You can definitely map a permanent menu button.

When I press F12 is brings up the menu. So I'd like to be able to do that from my arcade stick, permanently.

The question is in the title really.

I have a Mayflash Arcade Stick F500 Elite, and wondered if I could permanently map F12 to one of the buttons?

I just tried a couple of games on the Amiga (after pressing F12 and selecting PAL, saving the settings and then resetting), but they're still displaying in 60hz. :( You need to select it in the AmigaVision Options menu, “Force PAL”. This is a computer, it manages PAL/NTSC independent of what the core is set to. We recommend setting the core to PAL...

Amiga, and ST look stretched Most Amiga games run in 50hz by default, and you can force 50hz for all games in the options if you use https://amiga.vision And if the launcher is unreadable on your screen, you can also force that to 50hz, but that’s a bit more complicated.
