Re: EEPROM Support?

Try BlastEm or Genesis Plus GX, I think even Kega Fusion supports EEPROM. The EEPROM carts were documented over a decade ago and implemented. Thanks. I remember using Kega back in the day. Did a quick test of MM'96 and saving custom tracks works! Hopefully support will come to MiSTer at some point. In the meantime, does anyone know whats involved ...

Does EEPROM saving work on emulators?

Maybe I'll give it a try. Whats the best Genesis emulator these days?

Would like to play NHLPA Hockey '93 and Micro Machines '96 with save support.

Re: PSX Link Cable

It's not an actual serial link cable but the PS1Digital supports this via wifi.

" PS1Digital will expand upon that functionality by doubling as a wireless Serial I/O Port. Considering that the PS1Digital replaces the PSX’s Serial I/O Port with an HDMI connector, this is a relief for users that enjoyed the Link Cable multiplayer features"

Re: Deinterlacing on PSX Core?

is there any chance for more option to deinterlace 480i games? Both bob and weave have heavy downsides but bob+weave is kinda best of both words so... You can try the 480p mode but really its more of a novelty and will probably disappoint you more than impress. If you are just into mister for PS1 you are probably better off with the latest PS1 Dig...

Re: IPF Support

IPF does mean all the manual based copy protection is present and its a pain in the arse. Also means you would have to pay much more attention to the config of the Amiga. No WHDLoad fixes would be present IPF support would at least get rid of the crappy broken cracks. A lot of the original Amiga games had physical protection only. So, i don't thin...
