Nop, just one. A friend has the same issue and others on this forum also, surely this is not an isolated case.

Re: Updating When Connected To CRT
It could be because the rtc.sh contains NTP_SERVER="0.pool.ntp.org" if ! ping -4 -q -w1 -c1 ${NTP_SERVER} &>/dev/null then echo "No Internet connection" exit 1 fi echo "Syncing date and time with" echo "$NTP_SERVER" if ntpdate -s -b -u $NTP_SERVER :D what is odd because since I bought the mister, almost ...

Re: NTP Not Updating Automatically
Tried to mess with the NTP settings on my router (Asus RT-AX88U) as a last resort but no dice. Maybe Sorgelig will take a look into this.

Re: NTP Not Updating Automatically
Do we have a solucion to this yet? I have this exact problem, the date and date does not show up at startup and my MiSTer internet is fine. It worked before, the updates maybe messed up the things here. A brand new up to date installation does not fix this.

Me too, I hope some dev can give this some attention.masamunexc wrote: ↑Tue Apr 19, 2022 4:42 pm I'm waiting for any updates on this issue as well. I'd like it to boot with the animated bios with the Se-ga jingle. This is probably the only misstep I have seen MiSTer make actually, I'm surprised this isn't easily done.

I have this exact problem with my 38 inch Wega on component, the HPOS setting is not enough in order to center the image horizontaly, very sad.

I miss this feature too, I did not change my .ini settings, so I think the recent system or core updates changed something about this.

Re: Pixel Perfect without interpolation: possible?
You should use vscale_mode=1 to achieve integer scale with minimal (not perceptible to my eyes) horizontal shimmering. If you still feel shimmering with integer scale, you will need to use interpolation. I recommend Gaussian_Sharp_NN_X in this case, since it applies interpolation for horizontal scaling only. https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Main_MiS...

Gameboy:
- Many fixes from paulb-nl
- CPU opcode fix from brnx
- Option to disable link. Super gameboy mode disable by default
- Update the framework
Thank you for the update, paulb-nl and brnx, this fixed graphical glitches in some games here like Aladdin and Aliens. Probably others too.

Re: VGA to Component issue.
Enable sync on green switch on IO board and then turn ypbpr=1 on mister.ini.
This is what I do to have a perfect component signal to my Wega TV.

Re: What Does "BIOS Enable" Do?
I was actually quite surprised as well not to have the ability to allow the SMS BIOS to launch before a game. Instead we have this static Sega logo...which I have never seen before. On a real Master System, the SMS BIOS would come up with the Sega chime before the game. Or, when you turned it on without a game, the BIOS would run and then run into...

Re: Neo Geo CD
I spoke with furrtek and I got an idea, instead of doing the ngcd core that it's not really interesting because of the poor graphics, we can implants the ngcd sounds on the aes/mvs rom, it's big works of referencing but it's possible Mr BIG By far not all games have received cuts in the graphics and some Neo Geo CD games have extra content and sce...

Re: What Does "BIOS Enable" Do?
Yes, mine was Safari Hunt + Hang On and a third hidden one (Snail Maze). I could play these three games booting the system without a cart inserted. When a cart is inserted, the bios chime (animated graphic + sound) plays before the game loads, this is the expected behavior I hope to see in MiSTer some day. The best one in my opinion is the japanese...

Re: What Does "BIOS Enable" Do?
I would like to load other bios versions, EverDrive cart has the option to load different SMS BIOS versions and I really like the feature. I like to load the regional version from Brazil for nostalgic feelings. There are many bios released in the system life, most have different graphic/animation and sound. Would make my MiSTer more like my origin...

All updated (linux, main, menu and core). Smokemonster pack.
C9 TV at 1080p integer scale, vsync_adjust=2.
Update: Problem resolved. Deleted the save file and booted fine with AC on. An issue with my savefile maybe? Thanks, fantastic core!

It’s the arcade card feature, I turned it off and the game is fine now. Better leave it off for non arcade card games.

Just expressing interest in a NG CD core.. I second this for the sake of completition and CD-Quality music, but it is obviously not a priority feature at all. It just would be nice if one day...
