You're aware that you can change the M30s behavior by certain button combinations? Probably worth giving it a shot / switching to xinput.

Re: Sega Saturn Core in Development
Works 99% fine for me. Minor graphical glitches to be seen on those 'rotating over the edge' scenarios while in transition from one scene to another. Playable until I loose all of my lives and continues every run

A 100 percent sure that the Unibios does the trick here, no copy protection error triggered on real hardware or the core.

@SegaMan - try to map the controller in MiSTer menu first (again), and then in the N64 core.

Re: Odd input behaviour when assigning multiple inputs to a single button
For example in a NES game if you hold Right on the D-Pad to move right, and while holding you press and release Right on the joystick, somehow your character will stop moving even though D-Pad right is still held. This makes no sense.
Can you provide more details here - which game (hash), which input device.

Instead of multiple bios files, you can as well go with a region-free patched one.

Happy to hear that it did work now! You could switch to ssh instead btw for the updating, in case there is not enough space on the CRT.

Check the settings in update_all, ROM downloading might be disabled.

Re: Flickerblend on the Neo Geo Core
Was just remembering this thread, as I`ve recently encountered some annoying image persistence after a 1-2 mins of Samurai Shodown IV on my Samsung Odyssey G4 (IPS 240hz).
Was there ever a "solution" or some sort of workaround for this?

Re: Neo Geo CD Core
Odd - my unibios settings are saved, i.e. CDZ system selection stays. Maybe start by deleting your /media/fat/config/ files for the core.

At the CD Player screen, yes. Get the unibios from here http://unibios.free.fr/download.html. Check the screenshot here for that system select menu http://unibios.free.fr/cdsystem.html

Zero issues here with:
CDZ
Speed x4
unibios (set it properly to CDZ --> see previous post)
Neo Turf Masters initial loading time 13 seconds.

Re: Neo Geo CD Core
For people having issues to use the core in CDZ mode with Unibios - don't forget to switch the Unibios itself to CDZ (hit Select in the main menu - see http://unibios.free.fr/cdsystem.html).

No other hints beside it's working fine on my end, similar setup (Synology with DSM 7). SMB v3 is configured on the NAS?

Iirc you need to have the rights to write, read only won't work for VHDs, so you might want to check that first.

Re: MiSTer is 6 Years Old!! Happy Birthday !!!
Got my MiSTer at the end of 2019. Already assembled by Manuel / manuferhi. Only regrets I ever had is that I did not got it earlier, what an amazing project that still delivers strong. Pricing was 259 for the full kit.
Happy birthday and a big thank you to all developers and supporters!

Take a look at the 2P GB core - has the option to output different screens to DE-15/HDMI.
