Re: N64 Core Development Ends

Shame that we're not quite 100% there, but still; being far more accurate and reliable than any PC-based software emulator aint half bad at all! Robert's core is, by far, the most accurate representation of the N64's hardware that you can currently get outside of owning original hardware now. Incredible achievement by Robert here, and it also mean...

Black screen for me with Alien 3 and Xenocrisis too. I need to reboot the Mister because it gets stuck otherwise.

Total need = IBARA, Mushihimesama, Deathsmiles, Akai Katana

Cheers

Forget about these games. They have nothing to do with the Cave 68000 and the hardware behind them is much more powerfull, beyond the limits of the De10 Nano I'm afraid.

I don´t think so. With 32MB they should work just fine.

All of the System 1 games seem to have corrupted graphics with 32M SDRAM.

That´s weird. They are not big games that demand lots or RAM.

Re: What Is the Minimum Number of Buttons Needed for Most Arcade Cores?

It depends on what genre is the game. Fighting games often use six buttons while shooters or platform only two or three. I would buy one with at least six buttons because it will be more convenient for the majority of games whatever be arcade, computer or console.

No. You can place the CHDs in it's own folder and load them form there.

Respectfully and entirely disagree. I believe that a fast, compatible x86 plus Voodoo compatible graphics card is possible. We don't need a Pentium. Super Sidekicks 3 also says Raster desync but I couldn't reproduce the issue.

Fantastic news. Thank you!
