I added on last experimental build support for analogs but not for analog triggers.
I will check this feature.

New Retroarch build with a lot of new features (rgui, hardware cores, inputs..), thanks to @Calamity.

I think this error "DxgiOutput1->DuplicateOutput failed: -2005270524 Failed to initialize video capture" is related if you have 2 gpus.

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
Hi, with test GroovyMister builds, only MiSTerCast beta is working.
Check all these builds. https://github.com/psakhis/Groovy_MiSTe ... s/20240401

To be honest we didn't mesured inputs latency, we need implement keyboard to do that with gilt.

Some user on Discord tested fine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=ncOWXkXIg68

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
Hi
Thanks to @Calamity, with last test-build and groovymame 0.264, joysticks on MiSTer works remotely.
All you need is activate send inputs on server settings and map joysticks on core.
"joystickprovider mister" on mame.ini

Re: N64 Core Development Ends
DDR3 memory in De10 still gives me doubts.
I tested speed in HPS and results are lower 512Mb is faster (25% more or less) than 512Mb reserved for FPGA.
This is just a "memcpy" test, i can't say about latency.

This needs a broadcast solution; is possible but how many have more than 1 MiSTer?

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
Avoid powerline adapters, can't reach minium latency to work with. A ping with 3 or 4ms is too much.

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
For retroarch hardware rendered core (i only tested glcore), i recommend test build with lz4 activated.
For flycast, is needed disable threaded renderer.

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
Retroarch test build patched to work with hardwared rendered cores like flycast with opengl. Maybe work with vulkan but i didn't tested.
Internal media player works if resolution can be set.
EDIT: for dosbox-pure, set 60fps on core options.

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
Latency is very dependant on emulation time, so high cpu performance it's a must to have the lower latency.
With a slow PC (mine has 13 years old) on Windows it's possible less than 4/5ms. @Calamity has better numbers with Linux.

Re: Groovy_MiSTer Core
With frame delay 0 with video mister, auto frame delay it's applied.
Yes, you can put on mame.ini. I think arguments have more priority than mame.ini config, it's all.
