I find it's when the sound is in stereo mode, in mono it's fine, go figure *shrug*

Digital playback on the digital intro music for killing game show is distorted drowning out the samples, tried the image on both Hatari and an actual Atart STe and it was fine, the disk used was Automation 459a and 459b

Got my I/O board/fan, heatsink, 128mb ram, USB hub, clock, audio in and gold/black case from ultimatemister.com/Retroshop, arrived quick and well packaged, Thanks Ricardo
