I think Win98 doesn't use FPU in OS itself but requires it to secure the apps appeared at that time requiring FPU. Something like forcing to update HW.

Archie:

I've attached the source of MiSTerFB driver. I hope it's the latest version because i won't find where was my working environment.. Since SDK was too old to run on modern Windows, so i've compiled it in Win98 running on ao486. I've implemented linear frame buffer in core but i didn't fully test it as i didn't make driver for that. Linear frame buff...

Introducing MT32-pi lite for MiSTer This is simplified version of MT32-pi board. It uses Raspberry Pi Zero 2W. It doesn't have any buttons or displays and very compact.
