Re: Preserving Arcade Core High Scores
I already had a request for the Tecmo core, but I couldn't build it successfully (even straight out of the repo with no changes) for some as yet unknown reason.. I've reached out to nullobject to see if he can shed light on it but he is a busy man... Once I get some of these other cores out the way I will circle back to it anyway. I'll have to dig...

Re: Preserving Arcade Core High Scores
Highscores and pause just added to Xevious, finally a game I can consistently beat the default high score on :D Still on the production line are Time Pilot, Galaga and of course Pengo... All proving troublesome in their own special ways! That' s great! Fantastic work, many thanks! Is it asking too much to add Gemini Wing to your list? Thanks a lot...

Execellent, thanks for Burger Time! Regarding Pengo, I am sure you will get there at the end, you are unstoppablejimmystones wrote: ↑Sat Mar 13, 2021 10:23 pm I've started on Pengo...it is proving annoyingly resistant so far!
In the meantime Burger Time is done - with the caveat that scores only load on core start, not on a reset (can't quite fathom why so I'm moving on for now)

My mouse was not recognised but Ctrl+C did the trick indeed. Ha, interesting. I've seen the problem of the mouse not waking up for a long time on some emulators, but it worked every time I tried on MiSTer. After your post I tried some stuff again and finally realized its connected to the CPU speed. On Full you have to move the mouse quite very muc...

Re: Metal Slug turn red blood on
Guys, good news! I think I have sorted it out! I can happily confirm that by using Unibios 3.3 the blood option is saved permanently and there is no need to enable it every time. However, this doesn't happen with Unibios 4.0.

@MarcelK,
One more question please.
When you boot the Desktop, can you please let me know how to get to the top menu options (for example Cueshell)?
Thanks!

Re: QL core sources
.WIN is the native format for most emulators. I already posted a description for QPC here: https://misterfpga.org/viewtopic.php?p=10603#p10603 The "DOS" Device can be used to access the PC drives. When you use my QPCDemo.win some filetransfer and ZIP tools are already included. Try CueShell for example. Files can be moved there by drag'n...

All sorted, I have changed the RAM settings form the OSD Menu! Off to enjoy Space Invaders. I love it :mrgreen: [/b] Yes, like all native QL device drivers the SD driver must hold the FAT in RAM. My demo disc is much too big for it the 128KB setting. Only MDV images or very small SD images (<5MB) are usable there. Enjoy! Sure, fully understood tha...

@MarcelK, First of all many thanks for this updated version! I have followed the installation instructions on GitHub. Re: Preserving Arcade Core High Scores
Good to hear, glad it wasn't my fault in the end :D If there are any issues still with any of the games you might need to delete the nvm and start afresh because if it was made with the updated RBF but the old MRA it could be corrupted. Absolutely, your fixes were spot on! Thanks again for that. :D BTW Locutus73 has already fixed the script! https...
