Re: BBC Master coprocessor confusion
The B has a different disk controller I believe. We have the disk controller working on Master. Tapes work on electron soon. The bbc is missing two chips to allow it to have tape and serial support.. is the software on tape?

Re: Coco 2 + Mantra Alice + Dragon 32/64
On the latest Coco2 core: When I switch to Dragon32 I only get a green screen. Do I need a specific boot.rom to switch to Dragon 32? This seems to happen only when changing the Cartridge>Disk first, and choosing the Machine later. The other way around it's okay. But, yes, I also get the I/O error when trying the disks. Hopefully @alansxw or some o...

Re: Noobie MiSTer questions after doing some research
3. Does the MiSTer run everything off the SD card in terms of the cores, OS and MiSTer versions, etc. or does contents of the SD card actually change something on the MiSTer on a hardware level or I should say, internally somewhere on the MiSTer or is the SD card the heart and soul? ie. If I mess something up with the new 256gb SD card install, po...

Re: What do I need to run single arcade games at 15khz resolutions?
Most of the arcade games run correctly without an SDRAM module. You don't have to use the Analog I/O board for 15Khz output; you can use an HDMI to VGA adapter on the HDMI port. I personally use a VGA to SCART adapter to connect it to a 15Khz display, but I am in Europe where most non-HDMI 15Khz displays have an RGB SCART connection. So your minim...

Re: Apple II Core
Maybe for the UK cores, the keyboard layout is 'part of the thing,' but with Apple 2, there were all kinds of keyboard layouts, and they eventually evolved towards the PC style layout in the end. I prefer the PC layouts myself. The PC emulators I use mostly use PC layouts, and it's a quirk of mister, hunting around in oddball cores to find where t...

If it isn't super expensive, and has RGB input it would be worth playing with. Should be able to resell it easily if you don't need it.

Hi, Is this topic for discussing about updates or corrections suggested to the wiki ? (without the risk of being yelled "Just fix it yourself if you are not happy with it!") A small remark : sometimes informations are spread across 2 (official) sources, and one of them is not up to date. For example, I tried to build my SDRAM XDS v2.9 mo...
