all the cores have that 5x crop and offset options greyed out even though I'm running video_mode=8 (1080p) ?

Re: SCUMMVM
I have been trying to get scumm to work with the remastered theme but it always defaults to builtin. I've tried different paths, editing scumm.ini etc etc but whenever I select "change theme" it only shows the default builtin and none of the themes in the themes directory even though the path is set correctly. Every youtube video I've see...

Re: The MSTR Case
you cant do custom cartridges on a per customer basis obviously, so there has to be some kind of middleground solutions.
I would sell it standard with a placeholder cartridge with nothing in it for people that wont be using it anyway and do a "Add Optional Cartridge"

PSX and Saturn incoming though....
How many ports can fit on one module? because the use case scenario is gonna be different for everyone and all of a sudden you have soooo many options..

Re: The MSTR Case
They'd have to make way too many custom options to do that I think
I'm guessing they will do the modules on a per system basis. Like one with snes ports, one with megadrive ports etc etc.
Come to think of it, a single player module with all different ports does make a little bit of sense though.

Re: Saturn
Even if it doesnt work out, the process of development of this core will lead to a whole bunch of new stuff in the end anyway so it is all good.
Saturn and PSX are my dream goals.

Re: The MSTR Case
Smart! There will be different addon boards produced so futureproofing the case is a great idea.
Also, how big is the case exactly? Can you fit like a small external 2.5 drive in there too? It reminds me of the Nacon Daija arcade stick I have

Re: SCUMMVM
It's probably possible to compile a core file that just boots the script from the scripts folder , for convenience.
so scummvm.rbf that boots a script
or a scummvm.mra that boots a script

So if I understand correctly, the player cartridges are different modules you can insert, like a module with snes controller ports, or one with 4 db15s, or genesis ports and such?

Re: Non CEC HDMI lead / adapter
Some of the adaptors on amazon don't actually do what they are supposed to. Apparently some batches still have the pin connected .
I bought one of them and it still passed thru the cec, so I had to use a paperclip to actually push out the pin.

Re: The MSTR Case
Also , the reason I swapped my analog io with the digital io is because of the power switch.
Is there a power switch on this?
