Blisster can use two different "cables/adapters". It can use a regular USB cable or adapter OR it can use a "LLAPI cable". LLAPI cable is a HDMI plug on one end and a certain controller port on the other like DB9/PSX/SNES and so on. Another question here, which adaptor would I need for an Intellivision Flashback controller? Not completely sure but the flashback controllers seems to not work on original intellivision. A ribbon cable is pretty cheap so trying and see if it works good enough will not cost much.

NTFS is not recommended to use since it can cause all sorts of problem and you can find MANY here on this forum.
Use EXFAT (works in windows and with big files), FAT32 (works in windows but can not handle bigger then 4gb files), EXT2/3/4 (do not work in windows without drivers) instead.

Fedex/Ups/DHL works ok since they take care of customs themself, only downside they charge a bit more for it.

Unless you live in sweden then you have the four days all over the world wait plus 5-14 days wait for customs to clear it and send you a bill.
Then you have too pay it before the package have been in the customs for 14 days or it will be sent back.
And sadly yes it´s rather common for them to take more then 14 days to get you a bill

I do agree that for preservation this is something that probably need to be there.
And on the plus side kids of today and tomorrow will experience a part of the horror all us more then half dead people had to endure

Not only the scaler, the ARM cpu that controls USB/SD card/network is a big part too.
That save much of the FPGA to what the FPGA does best.

I was going to say that you need the digital io board for optical out but seems not, i could almost have sworn on it. But you can easily check if your io board have optical or not just look for the red LED behind the 3,5mm port if it´s there it should work. First what IO board do you have? You do need the Digital IO board and from what i now they only have a 3,5mm mini toslink. So if your DAC only have a 3,5mm mini toslink then you will need an 3,5mm to 3,5mm toslink cable. No it´s the "User Port" not the snac port, but sure snac do use the user port. And since the user port is NOT wired the same as a USB port there is a chance that whatever was plugged into the user port is now broken (if it was not broken before that is). You can easily test the mister usb hub on a pc.
just unplug the jumper board that sits between the de-10 and the usb hub and use a regular usb cable to the usb hub.
And just plug it into a pc like any other hub to see if it works at all.

I´m pretty sure a VGA-RGB component cable and some mister ini settings adjusted is all that is needed.
But only use mister on hdmi screens myself so not absolutely sure tough.

And makes it much safer for the rather fragile usb port on the DE-10.
The jumper board really makes it much,much harder to break the only usb port on the DE-10 nano that can be used for all the "USB stuff".

Yes try unplug/plug in a couple of times, because if there are some crap/etc it can take more then one time to get rid of all.
I would probably also check both the RAM and DE-10 boards closely for any crap that potentially could cause a short/or some electricity creeping between pins/solder joints.
Probably worth trying both since it won´t take long!

Most if not all consoles can behave strange if you unplug/plug in a controller, mostly it´s depending on what game is running, and most likely where the game is at can cause problems.
So that mister has problems unplug/plug in controllers is only expected, ESPECIALLY for SNAC which is the same as a controller plugged in to the console.
