Unmount a Harddisk Image [Solved]

Unread post by Kirschsuppe »

I configured myself an Atari STe and mounted a HDD image. How can I unmount the image? Neither Delete nor Backspace or Space do work. Selecting the entry a second time does not help either. TIA

I think select the entry then backspace.

In any core using "mount" option for disks there is standard way to unmount:

Option 1) in file selection press backspace on keyboard.
Option 2) in file selection on gamepad: hold down B button then press A button.

Lots of cases user did not realize that one must first open file selection, and only after that pressing backspace. You cannot unmount disk from main menu directly by pressing backspace.

Exactly. That was my fault. Works as described. UX could be improved.
