How to Make VHD Auto-Boot?

Post by retroplace »

I have finally managed to find a VHD and mount it using the ICD Tools. But I fail to make the VHD bootable, so I do not need to load the ICDBOOT.PRG from the auto folder from disk all the time.

I tried to set drive c to autoboot using the hdutil, but that did not make a change.

Any idea what I need to do?

Okay, figured I MUST use TOS 2.06 in order for booting from VHD. Don't know why this is as every TOS version can boot from a hard drive but it is what it is, I guess.
