Very cool!

I have found the BIOS for the RX-78, but am struggling to find a library of software. Not much is showing up on IA. Can anyone share any details on this?

This is great. I really love the museum aspect of the MiSTer. Really good that it is combined with game preservation and that the core is already so accurate.

Does somebody know how to get "Sekigahara" running?
It's only listed here:
https://www.gamingalexandria.com/wp/202 ... preserved/

After loading the BIN I don't get a small beep and pressing space, S and G won't do anything.
All I get is "*L", even when "EXT RAM" enabled because it's a 32KB ROM.

Yes I know, the core still needs work for 32k cartridges and that's why I have not uploaded Sekigahara ROM on archive.org.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I see that there are only a small number of games. I know very little about the RX-78 platform. Was software support limited?

According to Wikipedia there were only 20 games for it.

Me too. There's systems you can get I know little or nothing about. It's amazing. I've never even heard of this system so I'm very excited.

I couldn't find the core either and I looked everywhere including Computers. I'm at a loss as to why the update_all script didn't install it because the only way I found out about this new core was from my "update_all.log". Any idea as to why that might be?

That said, I was able to download the core and add it manually as well a create an RX78 directory in games and everything seems to be working so thank you very much!

Are there still plans to add 32k rom support to this core?

Thanks for the core!
The RX-78 is a lovely machine.
On my CRT the picture is slightly squeezed and positioned to the right. I tried the following settings and the display looks correct:

[RX78]
vga_scaler=1
video_mode=640,6,56,66,224,14,8,18,12000
