How To Load FDS Games

Noob to the NES platform, just got my MiSTer in a few days ago. Still waiting on my SN-30 Dongle.
I've got NES games loading with no issues. I tried to follow the instruction on the Wiki for FDS games but running in to some trouble. Once I downloaded the boot0.rom BIOS, and put it in to the NES folder, i do get the FDS main screen (Please Set Disk Card.) If I try to load an FDS title, the FDS boot screen just starts again with out loading the game.
Am I overlooking anything?
My FDS Files work, I have used them previously with FDS Stick for re-writes. I'm naming the FDS files with a standard method of 'Metroid.fds' for example. I've changed the .fds to .FDS with no changes.
I notice that if I place the boot0.rom inside the NES Folder, the option to 'load the FDS BIOS' no longer appears. So I'm guessing up to that point it's right, any helps appreciated.
