For accuracy it could be a good thing to get a 10mhz and a 12mhz mode, but maybe it's impossible without these specifics alternative mra's parameters.

Yeah, this is a sticky subject because in the real world, operators probably did some swaps with 10/12mhz A boards and different games, so when you went to play in an arcade, there is no telling what you really got.

I'm not sure if it should be based on how CAPCOM shipped the games (and some games had both versions ship I think), or if the core should just have an option for both, with a default setting to how CAPCOM initially shipped it?
