Screenshot Feature [Solved]

Unread post by Alkadian »

Hi guys,

I am trying to take a few screenshots but to no avail. I have got a mini USB keyboard Rii mini i8 and I have tried with Fn+F7(PrtSc) and Win+Fn+F7(PrtSc), but nothing happens.

Could you please let me know if I am doing something wrong?

Thanks!

https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Main_Mi ... ot-Feature

Given this would require you to hold down Fn+Win+F7 and you have tried that, it looks like you will need to remap the keyboard.

I believe this might get you started to figuring it out.

Thanks for your notes. I have tried to remap Fn+F7 to another key (i.e. G), but then pressing WIN+G does nothing.

I've got it to work on a similar keyboard by pressing and holding the Win key, then pressing Fn + PrtSc

Good news! It did work by remapping Fn+F7 to letter P. I have got wrong the way to remap keys when I tried the first time! Finally I can get screenshots!
@ aberu, thanks again!
