BK-0011M core: added Covox support

I have added initial Covox support for the BK-0011M core. Please check and comment. Suggestions are welcome.

Core updated to prevent interference with mouse.

UPDATE:

I did some more testing, and it seems that the mouse state does not really need protection from Covox writes. Therefore, in the experimental branch, I reverted the respective changes. The sources for this branch are here (also the compiled core):
