It's very off topic, but I'm really amazed that all of that is possible in software!

Have you seen the TTGO VGA32 board?
ESP32 with VGA and PS2 keyboard and mouse connector and a sdcard slot.....
Right now there is a VIC20 and Spectrum emulators you can run on it.
