Bluetooth pairing dialog un-pairs every existing device?

Unread post by antibolo »

I'm trying out native Bluetooth support (ie. not a 8bitdo dongle) again after unsuccessful results last time (about a year ago).

(Been using a 8bitdo dongle until now, but was annoyed of being able to use only one controller at a time, and not being able to set different key bindings per controller since they are all seen to the MiSTer as the same USB controller.)

It's working great with my Bluetooth dongle so far, once I get things paired up and working. There's one REALLY annoying thing though: whenever I bring up the pairing dialog (F11), it successfully pairs any device currently in pairing mode, HOWEVER it also deletes any existing pairing! Like, WTF? Why does it do that? Because of that, I'm stuck having to pair all my controllers in a single pairing session, which is very inconvenient.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Or an easy fix?

Nevermind, seems this was a one-time glitch, I can pair devices properly now.
