2 USB devices functioning as one - tried multiple fixes

Unread post by crabc4ke »

Hi all,
I have 2 Zero Delay boards/buttons/joysticks connected by USB into a MisTer. I could not set the default buttons on the main menu so they are 2 devices. The USB PID/VID report as 0079:0006
I bought another board, different brand, looked different, even a different colour and it did the same thing :/

I have tried :-

Setting the PID VID in Mister.ini
Setting a u-boot.txt as per another article
setting the do not merge option (maybe now depreciated) in Mister.ini

Any idea on anything else to try or does anyone know of a Zero Delay board that reports as a different USB ID please ?

Thank you

I just ran into something similar with a Brooks UFB and 8bitdo M30 where the D pad of the M30 would also control the other players D pad in Arcade cores. Trying to figure out what's going on. Does that sound like what you're experiencing?
