VGA and HDMI Output

I sort of discovered on accident recently that the IO Board on my MiSTer can output VGA to my PVM and to HDMI simultaneously.

I seem to have everything configured however I have a few questions:

• Does the MiSTer.ini apply to the hdmi output only and the MiSTer_alt_1.ini apply toward the second display (VGA?)

• Is there a way to change the background wallpaper on the VGA output? Maybe edit the alt_1.ini ? F1 only changes the HDMI wallpaper.

• Is there a way to turn off an output? The MiSTer is connected to a gscartsw with other consoles. Right now I have to pull out the scart cable for it to cycle over to another system.

Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

I figured out the VGA and HDMI out are both tied to the same mister.ini file - the alt_1.ini is just an alternate config if you so choose.

Still trying to change the the wallpaper on the PVM side.
